MyAdGenie is a product of Stenkepler Corporation, a Partnership firm registered in India (GSTIN: 29AEJFS5946L1Z5), based in Bengaluru, India. We provide an AI-powered digital advertising platform that lets businesses create and manage ad campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn through a conversational interface.

We collect only what is necessary to deliver our services:

• Account Information — name, email address, and password when you sign up.
• Billing & Payment Data — wallet top-up amounts, transaction history, and GST details. Card or UPI data is handled entirely by Razorpay and never stored on our servers.
• Ad Platform Connections — OAuth tokens you grant us to manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, or LinkedIn on your behalf.
• Campaign & Creative Data — product descriptions, ad copy, budgets, and targeting settings you provide through our chat agent.
• Usage Data — pages visited, features used, device type, browser, and IP address, collected automatically to improve the platform.
• Chat History — conversations with our AI agent, stored so you can revisit past sessions.

• To operate MyAdGenie and process your ad campaigns via connected platform APIs.
• To debit your wallet and generate tax invoices and payment receipts as required under Indian GST law.
• To send transactional emails — campaign confirmations, wallet alerts, and support replies.
• To improve our AI models and platform features using aggregated, anonymised usage patterns.
• To comply with applicable Indian and international laws and regulations.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only in these limited cases:

• Ad Platforms — Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn receive your campaign data only as you instruct, to serve your ads.
• Payment Processor — Razorpay processes payments. Their privacy policy governs your card/UPI data.
• AI Providers — Prompts and campaign context are sent to AI model providers (Groq / Google Gemini) to generate ad copy and recommendations.
• Infrastructure Providers — Supabase (database & auth) and Railway (hosting) process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.
• Legal Requirements — When required by Indian law, court order, or a government authority.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Campaign data and invoices are retained for a minimum of 8 years to comply with Indian GST regulations. You may request deletion of personal data not subject to legal retention by contacting us.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and maintain your session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell behavioural data to advertisers.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), row-level security on our database, and environment-isolated secrets management. Ad platform OAuth tokens are stored encrypted. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations).
• Withdraw consent for optional data processing at any time.

MyAdGenie is operated from India. If you access the platform from outside India, your data will be transferred to and processed in India. By using our services, you consent to this transfer in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of MyAdGenie after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
