MyAdGenie is an AI-powered digital advertising platform that enables users to create, manage, and optimise ad campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn through a conversational AI interface. The platform operates as an agency under the respective ad platform APIs on the user's behalf.

The platform is currently under active development. Features, pricing, and platform availability may change. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use MyAdGenie.
• You must have the legal authority to bind any business entity you represent.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and ad platform policies (Google Ads, Meta Advertising Standards, LinkedIn Ads Policy, YouTube Advertising Policies).

MyAdGenie operates on a prepaid wallet model. Users top up their wallet via Razorpay and ad spend is debited from the wallet balance as campaigns are launched.

• Top-ups — Processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store card or UPI details.
• Ad spend — Debited at the time of campaign launch. The full campaign budget is reserved immediately.
• GST — 18% GST (CGST + SGST for Karnataka residents; IGST for other Indian states) is applied on ad spend consumption. International transactions are zero-rated exports. Tax invoices are generated automatically.
• Minimum balance — Campaigns cannot be launched if your wallet balance is insufficient to cover the stated budget.

• You are solely responsible for the content, targeting, and legality of your ad campaigns.
• You must not use MyAdGenie to run ads that violate any applicable law or the advertising policies of Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or YouTube.
• Prohibited content includes but is not limited to: misleading claims, illegal products/services, hate speech, adult content (unless explicitly permitted by the platform), and financial scams.
• Stenkepler Corporation reserves the right to suspend or terminate campaigns that violate platform policies or applicable law, without prior notice and without liability.
• Campaigns created through MyAdGenie are initially created in a Paused state on the ad platform. Actual ad serving depends on successful API integration and platform approval.

MyAdGenie uses AI models to generate ad copy, keywords, targeting recommendations, and campaign strategies. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is a starting point, not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or compliant.
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all ad content before launch.
• We are not liable for the performance, accuracy, or outcomes of AI-generated campaigns.

All platform software, design, branding, and content (excluding user-submitted content) is the intellectual property of Stenkepler Corporation. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without written permission.

You retain ownership of content you submit (product descriptions, creatives, etc.) and grant us a limited licence to use it solely to provide the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stenkepler Corporation and its partners shall not be liable for:

• Ad campaign performance, including impressions, clicks, conversions, or ROI.
• Suspension or rejection of campaigns by third-party ad platforms.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you:

• Violate these Terms or any applicable law.
• Submit fraudulent payment information.
• Attempt to misuse or abuse the platform or its APIs.
• Engage in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.

Upon termination, unused wallet balance may be refunded at our discretion per our Refund Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at info@myadgenie.com and allow 30 days for good-faith resolution.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
